Vibratory Vortex bowl is quite an advancement over the old fashion "Tumblers"
that simply rotated parts and media in a drum. These Berry's Vibratory Vortex
Tumblers use both vibration and bowl shape to produce a cleaning action that
both tumbles and vibrates at the same time. The inside middle shape of the bowl rises
with the same ovoid curvature as the outside wall. So that looking
into the bowl you see what looks like a whirling donut of corncob and brass. Old
fashioned tumblers simply lift and drop the brass and media over and over. These
vibratory vortex tumblers clean and polish much faster because of the dual
action, faster rotation, and constant contact with corncob polishing media.
