Two Good 7mm Shots and Two Nice Bucks! The Scirocco definitely proved itself in our deer camp last Fall. The 150 gr. 7mm fired out of our Model 97D rifle in 7mm BRM made absolutely devastating one-shot kills on two beautiful bucks. The six-pointer took a single shot through the shoulder blade and chest. The shoulder blade was broke in half, there was an inch diameter entry hole thru a rib bone and about a 3 inch diameter exit hole thru rib bones. The 11-pointer took a single shot thru the chest. There was a 1 inch entry hole breaking ribs and a 3 inch diameter exit hole broke through 2-3 rib bones. Match accurate shot placement, complete penetration, and devastation all the way through.
