Put your scoped rifle in a 46" Kolpin Scopetector® II gun case and the zipper closes easily over the scope and gun. The fit alone is what first attracted me to the Scopetector. But there's so much more! Do you see the dark and/or ribbed portions in the pictures? These are a special rubber armor to protect your rifle from bumps at the butt, scope, and muzzle. A new Muzzle Guard boot on the end gives added protection. Padded with an outer layer of closed cell and inner open cell foam, these cases will actually float a 12 lb rifle. Tough, Mud Guard zipper keeps debris out of the case. All Scopetector® IIs have a built-in sling. And the padded and sewn handles and handle pads are the equal of any fine duffle-type luggage.
