Custom Savage Accuracy Barrels by EABCO Our Accuracy Barrels for the Savage are precision gun drilled from the best Chromoly steel alloys. Bore dimensions are reamed consistent to airgauge within .0002 (2/10,000ths) of proper bore dimension. These are then Two-Pass button rifled in the various twist rates we offer to suit particular accuracy requirements. The barrel contour is varmint hunter weight, 26" long and tapering to just under .800" at the muzzle. Threaded to fit any of the Savage 110 and 10 series bolt action centerfire rifles (all except the WSMs and Target actions). Chromoly steel, blue finish. Be sure to order a chamber that matches your existing bolt face. Or, order our Bolt Face Conversion Service and you'll be able to convert to ANY of our chambers. There are Two Ways to Order Barrels: Uninstalled Savage Accuracy Barrels - Price includes the barrel only. You will need a barrel nut wrench, barrel vise, and head space gauges (not included) to install the barrel yourself. This is entirely a do-it-yourself project. Installed Savage Accuracy Barrels - Price includes the barrel and installation by our well qualified gunsmiths. One-at-a-Time Barrel Making - True, center-to-center barrel turning at a rate that minimizes stress while keeping the bore in the middle. True, center-to-center chamber reaming insures centering and linear alignment of the chamber with the bore.
