  The success of youth sized rifles such as the Cricket probably inspired Thompson Center Arms on this one. The TC Hot Shot is nearly an exact replica of a full sized TC Encore or Pro Hunter rifle, only it's scaled down to fit younger shooters. Perfect for that, "I want a rifle just like Daddy..." situation. Chambered in 22 LR, this early production TC Hot Shot is specially etched "One of 1000"... So it's a potential collectors item, too.

It weighs only 3 lbs and is only 30" long with an 11.5" length of pull. It comes with a 1" buttpad extender to allow refitting for a growing shooter. A really nice feature is the adjustable peep sight and ramp front... Giving the TC Hot Shot the aiming precision of a long sight radius. Drilled and tapped for scope mounting.
